Union Village Center Building to Feature LCNB National Bank Branch

TURTLECREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio—February 16, 2021— LCNB National Bank will open a new branch this summer inside the Center Building at Union Village (3855 Lower Market Street), a unique community under construction in Warren County.

The 17,000-square-foot Center Building on Ohio 741 was completed in December and also provides space for a restaurant and offices for Union Village Realty and Otterbein SeniorLife.

“Union Village is more than a collection of houses,” said Project Manager Matt Obringer. “We’re building a neighborhood where people can walk to most of their daily destinations, whether it’s for a bank errand or a bite to eat.”

The Union Village branch of LCNB will feature a teller area for routine transactions, glass-enclosed offices for private meetings, and an ATM vestibule with 24/7 access. The location will provide access to personal and business bankers, mortgage officers, and trust and investment advisors.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of Union Village,” said Eric Meilstrup, President & CEO of LCNB National Bank. “As a locally-owned bank with an eye towards the future, placing a new branch in this innovative community concept was a perfect fit. We look forward to serving folks who live in Union Village and the surrounding area from this new location.”

Just steps away, 10 homes have been constructed and seven townhomes are nearly complete. Union Village Realty has open houses Saturday and Sunday afternoons from noon to 4 p.m. Private showings are also available by calling (513) 409-3190.

Union Village is a 1,230-acre master planned community based on new urbanism, which includes principles such as walkability, sustainability and quality of life. The site’s town architect, Michael Watkins, earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the Union Village master plan. The community will have a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways connecting to Armco Park and the Warren County Sports Park.
