Be One of Us and Inform Our Work!
The "Be One of Us" low-risk drinking initiative officially launched in Lebanon during June 2022. Talbert House Prevention Services of Clinton and Warren Counties is conducting a community readiness assessment! This survey will help gauge the impact of the initial role-out, and help guide future "Be One of Us" efforts. Make sure your voice is heard by filling out the survey using the link or QR code below!
