Construction continues at Union Village

Home Construction Continues as Essential Business

Construction continues at Union Village, where 30 new homes are expected to be built in 2020. Ashford Homes, Brookstone Homes and Berkey Homes are on site and seven other homebuilders will take part in building the unique community in Warren County, Ohio.

Eleven floor plans for single-family homes are posted, ranging in size from 1,700 to more than 4,000 square-feet of living space. The homes feature large porches, luxury baths and operable shutters. Residents will have walkable access to dining, shopping and parks. More floor plans will be shared as plans are finalized. Interested homebuyers should complete a brief questionnaire to receive more information from Union Village Realty Company.

Union Village is a 1,230-acre planned community based on the Principles of New Urbanism, The site’s town architect, Michael Watkins, earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the Union Village master plan.
