2021 Lebanon Youth Baseball
Dear Lebanon Business Owners;
Lebanon Youth Baseball is beginning our eleventh year of committing to helping children in our community by teaching the game of baseball. Please help us “Fill the Fence” at our baseball fields in the Lebanon City Parks. We understand the struggles that ALL Lebanon businesses have endured during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lebanon Youth Baseball is right there with your business. For those businesses who partnered with us in 2020, we thank you for your support and will honor your commitment from 2020 in 2021. If your business chooses to partner with LYB in 2021, we will add on to your partnership visibility for 2021 as a way to thank you for supporting the youth in our community. Our “Fill the Fence” initiative will make your business more visible to our families and fans.
The great thing about living in Lebanon is the community support. As a sign of our commitment to Lebanon, LYB received the 2019 Community Service Award from the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce. We will continue to work with the Lebanon business community to continue our work.
Lebanon Youth Baseball is the largest youth-participant league in Lebanon. The cost to operate one team in Lebanon Little League is $1,500. The cost to operate a LYB Select Team (Lynx/Warriors) is $6,000 for one team. One hundred percent of the team cost is offset by the players’ registration fee.
To help reduce some of the financial burden on our players’ families and our organization, we turn to you, the business community of Lebanon, and ask for your support. LYB is operated by volunteers. In 2020, LYB had more than 125 volunteer league officers, board members and coaches to oversee more than 700 participants from ages 4 to 16 on more than 65 teams. LYB provides financial assistance to those families in need. We turn no one away from playing baseball in Lebanon. This is due to the support from our business community.
LYB would encourage you to continue your support of our efforts by selecting one of our five tiers of partnerships. Your support will enable us to continue to make a difference in the youth of Lebanon who are playing America’s past time. Your business will be visible with our teams and at our fields, supporting and partnering with Lebanon Youth Baseball. Your partnership with LYB is tax deductible for your business as is allowed by law.
