Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech - HVAC Certified preferred, but not required

Seeking full-time maintenance technician, HVAC certified preferred, for our multi-family units located in Milford. Must have general experience in apartment maintenance (drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair).

8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F (schedule is somewhat flexible) with one week on call per month with an opportunity for OT. There is a monthly bonus potential.

If you are a qualified individual will have a strong work ethic with a customer-focused attitude, HVAC certified preferred with knowledge of multi-family building maintenance, and have the ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, successfully complete a background investigation including driving and criminal history, seeking an opportunity and challenge with a great company, look no further!

Salary: Up to $22.00 hourly based on skills and experience, plus FULL BENEFITS (dental, vision, medical, 401(k) with company match, 15 paid days off after 1 year of employment). Monthly bonus potential.

$1000 Sign-on bonus once employed for 90 days!

Requirements:

Must work quickly and with a sense of urgency while prioritizing tasks. Safety and following safety guidelines are the top requirements of this position. The work is diverse and every day is different. We require a positive "can-do" attitude. We also require a customer service-based approach as we care for our current residents and cultivate an environment that will attract new residents.-General apartment maintenance -Completing work orders-Completing turn-overs-Entering occupied units to complete resident requests-Basic grounds keeping-On call after hours, lock-outs, and emergencies-Some electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
