Miami Valley Gaming
Miami Valley Gaming has been a valuable partner to the surrounding communities, collaborating with and supporting organizations and initiatives that benefit the community we all live in. They have been a huge Lebanon sponsor for the Lebanon Chamber: Golf, Carriage Parade, and Annual Dinner, the Lebanon Rotary’s Country Music Fest, the Optimist Club’s Blues Festival, SAFE on Main, Lebanon Lion’s Club, Miller Ecological Park’s Oktober Fest and Earth Day volunteers, just to name a few. But their reach doesn't end in Lebanon. Every day, they are advocating for and supporting different organizations and causes that impact our neighbors throughout southwest Ohio. Just last week, Miami Valley Gaming donated $10,000 to support breast cancer services at Atrium Medical Center. This donation will help ensure that every eligible woman has access to an annual mammogram. This money was raised through their "round-up" program where guests can choose to donate back their change to a featured non-profit at check out. Multiple non-profits are recipients throughout the year. These gifts are positively impacting services available in our community – everything from animal rescue to veteran’s support to healthcare and education. As a large employer in our neighborhood and one that has thoroughly embraced a culture of philanthropy here in our community.
LaBark Place – Dog Daycare & Overnights
LaBARK is an outstanding new business that is catering to all people and families with dogs that need a place to stay when they are not with their loved ones. This is an amazing business with an innovative and thoughtful mission statement. Rene and her team do an outstanding job not just taking care of your dog but offering different services from daycare to overnight/extended stays. LaBARK staff is professional and caring - wanting to make your dog’s visit whether it’s for the afternoon or the week both enjoyable for your dog and stress free for you. This new concept is thieving & needed in the community. Rene loves takes pride in her business and loves every dog as if they are her own. LaBark is adding value to Lebanon community.
Lauren James Aesthetics
Lauren James Aesthetics is a new and growing business in Lebanon. She opened last Fall and has been warmly embraced by Lebanon and surrounding communities while maintaining clients that drive up from Northern Kentucky. Lauren fell in love with the Lebanon community and in July made it her home! Passionate small business who puts their clients and community at the heart of what they do. Always willing to go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. Lauren brought one of the best aesthetic practices to the Lebanon area. She has 5 years of experience and started her small business with her husband Jimmy. She is extremely professional and cares about the local area by supporting other small businesses. In just a short time she has managed to build and grow her business, and her clients keep coming back. Making people beautiful adds so much confidence and Self Esteem! Mims Off Main Too is in our Historic Downtown Lebanon. It is the second small business owned and operated by Lisa Vitek. This new gift shop is right next door to Lebanon City Hall, and directly across from the famous Golden Lamb. They feature unique and special gifts for every occasion and event in your life. Their knowledgeable staff is dedicated in helping you to find the perfect gift for your special occasion. They are known for creating unique gifts that represent & tell a story about our amazing community. Owner, Lisa Vitek, is a life-long Lebanon resident & has invested in the community for many years.

LaBark Place – Dog Daycare & Overnights
Rene Labar has created a daycare and overnight facility for dogs that simulates a Star 5 hotel for humans. She offers Butler services and a Senior Lounge for dogs who need a little extra care. Her center is limited in the number of dogs it can accommodate which further ensures safety and comfort and decreases anxiety for dogs that may be sensitive to new experiences. In addition, she assesses every dog for their social and behavioral skills to further insure a safe and happy experience. Her attention to detail and aesthetics is evident the minute you step foot in the front door. Fit for canine Kings and Queens!!
Spear it Shop
Spear It Shop is a printing & embroidery shop that provides custom orders on apparel and accessories for many schools, sport teams, businesses, and nonprofits. Owner, Stacy Gibson, provides quality merchandise, creative designs, and superior customer service. Stacy and her team rally behind all customers with a desire to bring people together. The growth of this small business has been steady, and their ability to overcome obstacles and challenges shows their hard work and commitment.
Staley Transformations, located in Lebanon, Ohio, was established in 1987. This small family –owned and operated business transforms customers’ visions into reality. Owners, JD and Nancy Staley, are guided by ethics and faith, they give back to their community by sponsoring numerous youth sports teams and enhancing the quality of life of families or organizations by donating materials and/or labor to those who would otherwise not be able to have improvements accomplished because of lack of funding. JD is also an active Lebanon Chamber member. With a proven product, an experienced team, and a sound moral compass, it is no wonder that customers want Staley transformations to be their “Not So General Contractors!”
2022 Non-Profit of the Year Award Finalists
G3 Community Church
G3 Community Church’s (previously Impact Church) outstanding generosity and time to the community shines bright in and around the Lebanon area. G3 has adopted a room at interfaith hospitality, they provide and hand out water at the 4th of July parade, they assist with the Lebanon Giving Tree, they founded the Lebanon Egg Drop, and so much more that goes unseen. G3 Community Church was started with the goal of reaching families in the Lebanon area and letting them know they are loved and cared for. They left the traditional church setting and provide various home groups because they wanted more tithes to go back into the community and not into a building. This church family is made up of Lebanon natives, Lebanon sports parents, Lebanon grandparents, and so many others who love their city and love giving back.
Safe on Main
SAFE on Main provides comprehensive services to Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human Trafficking Survivors including crisis shelter, court advocacy, therapy, and support groups. SAFE on Main also provides prevention education regarding healthy relationships, character building, and sexual assault prevention in schools. They have a vision of a healthy, thriving community that is violence free and safe for everyone.
Warren County Historical Society
Warren County Historical Society dedicates their time and efforts into preserving our county’s history and role in the development of the Ohio Valley. The programs and showcases of artists help to educate and inspire people of all ages. This Museum represents a history of Lebanon, Ohio and Warren County Ohio. There is no other institution that has records of the cities in the County. History is fundamentally valuable if not monetarily, it is certainly scholastically important. The Warren County Historical Society is the guardian of history for Warren County and Ohio. Director, Michael Coyan has done an excellent job of revitalizing exhibits at the Harmon Museum, presenting local artists to the Warren County Community, and ensuring that the vision of "preserving our heritage" is carried out. He has added vitality to the Museum on a limited budget through creative exhibits, and new additions like the Log cabin, and dedication of a school bell honoring local teachers. The museum complex is now an outstanding attraction to Lebanon and all of Warren County.
2022 Women’s Leadership Award Finalists
Amanda Roehl, Pixels and Ink Studio
Amanda and her all women company strive to help other businesses, both men and women owned, to be inclusive of all people in the workforce. As a leader for diversity and inclusion using marketing, web development, social media content, and speakers in both local and National conferences. Pixels and Ink Studio was created for both large firms and small business owners to add marketing expertise to their team, without a salary commitment and overhead associated with a full-time employee. Their experience and associated team of experts bring 15 years of experience in the B2B community, serving the A/E/C industry.
Julie McClellan, Lebanon Public Library
Julie McClellan has every trait of a successful leader. Her confidence, determination, empowerment, and vision can be seen not only at the Lebanon Public Library, but also throughout the community. The library has always been an amazing feature of Lebanon, but over the years Julie and her team have been able to provide additional resources. Through Julie’s vision for the library, they have been able to secure funding to add Safety Town, Teen Programming, and a variety of new items to checkout. Julie tells her staff, to dream it and we will find a way to do it. The library is truly welcoming and is a fantastic place to visit and work.
Beth Conger, Beth Conger Coaching
Beth Conger is a certified professional leadership and life coach based right here in Lebanon, Ohio. As a personal development coach Beth has been nothing short of amazing during her coaching through the Women in Lebanon Leadership Program. She reaches out to the women of the chamber to offer friendship and advice. The community is lucky to have her! Beth’s goal is to provide a safe, judge-free space for you to explore where and how you’re stubbing your toe, understand the truth of what’s really happening and help you make decisions that allow you to get in the driver’s seat and live life on your terms. Beth has the personal experience and trained coaching expertise, coupled with 20+ years in the corporate marketing communications world to help you shed the yuk and reveal the REAL YOU.
