Jeff Baumgardner Joins Henkle Schueler & Associates as a Commercial Sales Associate
June 27, 2022 – LEBANON, OH – Michael Schueler, Chairman & CEO of Schueler Group, has announced that Jeff Baumgardner will join Henkle Schueler & Associates. Baumgardner will be representing clients and property in all aspects of commercial real estate - land, industrial, retail, and office listings in SW Ohio with a particular focus in Warren and Montgomery Counties.
Baumgardner joins Henkle Schueler & Associates bringing a wealth of knowledge in retail, hospitality, and real estate. He has been heavily involved in almost every facet of the retail consumer and hospitality industries dating back to 1980 managing full-service hotels and restaurants. His expertise in business development, sales, and strategic planning will bring a great addition to the Henkle Schueler & Associates team.
Jeff and his wife, Leigh, live in Kettering. He has served as a member of several professional organizations including the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association Board of Directors, The Downtown Dayton Partnership and Sinclair College Hospitality Advisory Committee.
