The twenty-ninth annual Lebanon Horse-Drawn Carriage Parade and Festival went off without a hitch. The first Saturday in December is always chock full of cheer in Lebanon, Ohio and this year was no different. However, the magic wouldn’t happen without many, behind-the-scenes key people giving of their time and talents.
