The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to present to our Chamber Members our new W.I.L.L. Power: Women in Lebanon Leadership Program

The Chamber of Commerce’s research has shown that we, as a community, need to strengthen opportunities for women’s leadership roles in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

This new program is part of many services in the chamber’s efforts to build a stronger, more diverse leadership community through programs of inclusion and equality. Our WILL Power Leadership program will provide innovative support and coaching for women who have professional goals to own and manage our area’s most successful organizations.

This is an exciting moment for our chamber and the Lebanon area because over the next 2 or 4 or 10 years, this new initiative will help generate growing and positive changes in the dynamics of women at the highest levels of business leadership.

This networking group is open to all women at every stage of their professional career.

will be leading our 2022-2023 WILL Power Sessions

Hello there!

I’m so glad you found me.
Let me guess: Throughout life, you’ve checked all the boxes you thought were required to be successful and happy. But today, you’re frustrated and confused, finding yourself more surviving instead of thriving. You’ve got a hunch there’s a better way to live, but you’re just not sure where to start.

I get you. I was you. At work, I was steadily moving up the corporate ladder, yet feeling unfulfilled. Outside work, I was trying to be all things to my family and friends that I felt unrecognizable to myself. I was quick to anger and play the victim, continually stubbing my toe with a “what am I missing” frustration that I couldn’t understand. I was driven by the “shoulds” and “have tos,” stuck in my own status quo.

So I began to look inside to understand the root cause and learn how to live life on MY terms. I discovered some effective tools that helped me get to this place - the same tools I’ll use with you.

This shift IS possible, tangible and measurable – I’m proof! I was able to move my energy from squarely catabolic (remember that anger and victim mentality I just talked about?) to joyfully anabolic, where I see possibilities all around. And that’s why I became a coach – so I can help YOU achieve this same result, from the inside-out.

Our 2022-2023 Women's Leadership Program

Will Focus Around:

Six Key Influencers Impacting our Potential

We have boundless potential, but our ability to access 100% of that potential at any given moment comes down to two things: motivation (how engaged or bought in we are to the activity) and attitudinal influencers (anxiety/tension about our ability to actually DO the activity).

There are 6 key influencers on our attitude:

Spiritual (alignment to values/purpose), Mental (ability to access my whole brain for creativity, decisions, etc), Emotional (ability to manage my stress response, control my emotions), Physical (ability to literally take action), Social (ability influence and effectively communicate) and Environmental (optimizing conditions).

Influencers can work FOR or AGAINST you, so the more you know about each of them and their potential impact on you in any given moment, the more control you’ll have to create peaceful presence and productivity in any given moment.

The 2022-2023 WILL Power Women in Lebanon Leadership Group program will focus on each one of these over 12 months beginning with an overview of all six and how to think about them, a deep-dive (1-2 sessions depending on the influencer) into each individually and ending with a discussion of how to bring these into practical application going forward.

To Connect, Empower and Inspire through professional development, leadership training, continuous research and thought leadership.

Holiday in Lights - A Cincinnati Holiday Tradition

Holiday in Lights, produced by The Alleen Company, is an affordable outdoor light display at Armco Park, a  Warren County Park, viewed by guests from the comfort of their own vehicle. Holiday in Lights is built with over 1 million lights and over 250 light displays, and has been an established holiday family tradition in Cincinnati for over 32 years!

The holiday-themed displays showcase everything from Santa Claus and his elves, to every animal on the ark. There’s no need to bundle up to enjoy Holiday in Lights; simply warm up the car, round up your friends, family, or a special date, and head to Armco Park. It’s that easy.

Don’t forget to purchase special effects glasses at the gate to enhance your experience – we’re offering them at $2 for one, or 3 for $5 this year!

2020 Lebanon Carriage Parade Behind the Scenes Highlight Video

Be sure to take a moment and watch the 2020 carriage parade (behind the scenes) highlight video. We hated that we had to cancel the Carriage Parde this year, we decided to produce this behind the scenes video to get a look at some of our horse & carriage teams, their history, experience, and tradition of being part of the carriage parade.

Please watch the video, share it, like it, and let the horse teams know that 2021 will be bigger and better than ever. Merry Christmas, happy holidays and thank everyone who has taken part in the Lebanon Horse Drawn Carriage Parade & Festival in years past and years to come. #lebanonohio #LebanonAreaChamberOfCommerce #ohio
