The Lebanon Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 21st annual Historic Christmas Festival and Horse Drawn Carriage Parade on Saturday, December 5, 2009.
The festival which includes street vendors, live entertainment, costume characters, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus and a trip to the North Pole kicks off at 10am. Festival will take place on Mulberry Streets and Broadway.
Free carriages rides available in front of the Golden from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
The parade will start at the corner of Oakwood and Broadway. It will follow south (right) on Broadway to Main Street, where it will then go east (left) on Main Street to Cherry Street. It will follow north (left) on Cherry Street to Warren Street. It will go south (left) on Warren Street and back to Broadway and head back north (right) to the staging area.
Parade times are 1pm and 7pm.
Parking is available in lot on corner of Sycamore and E Main Street. Parking is also available at the New Freedom Church located at 15 E Warren Street and on street parking will be available in the neighborhoods surrounding the parade route except for on the closed streets listed below.
Handicap parking will be available in the Fifth Third Bank parking lot on the corner of Broadway and Warren St, cost is $5. Space is limited.
